CFO Management Reporting Pack

The problem

Month end produces a trial balance; the pack still takes a week. Someone exports from the ERP, pastes into last month's file, fixes the formulas that broke, and formats it for the board. When a number is questioned, the trail back to the ledger is a person's memory.

What we build

One Power BI model on your general ledger: accounts mapped once to reporting lines, period logic (month, YTD, prior year, as-at) built into the measures, a KPI layer on top, and a pack layout that prints. The same model answers the follow-up questions — drill from a line to the accounts behind it — so the pack and the explanation come from one place.

What we need from you

A GL or trial balance export for 12 to 24 months, your chart of accounts, and a copy of the current pack so we match what management is used to. For the prototype, a sample of one entity is enough.
